High Efficiency E-Coat Equipment
Our e-coat equipment produces equal film thickness and a high throwing power. Paint is deposited by immersing the work into the e-coat bath and applying the voltage between the work and anodes within the bath. This system significantly reduces paint carry over and shortens the baking process.
PMT Flow System
The PMT Flow System
Complete Counter Flow for Body Passage
The PMT counter flow system with the Parker Magic Turn is an efficient system to reduce foreign particles that can cause e-coat defects. The counter flow against the car body travels in the e-coat tank (Patent: No. 336692) and pushes the foam and floating contaminants to the backside of the body quickly, preventing re-adhesion of the foam.
Well Configured Tank for Efficient Dust Recovery
The sloped bottom helps dust particles gather in the hopper, and the baffle plate prevents the dusts from flinging back up.
Membrane Anodes
Our various membrane anodes offer smooth production through simple maintenance and management. We can provide various types of anodes according to your needs.
Tubular Type (most common)
Features:
- Easy Maintenance (*no hoist required)
- Independent Control (*in case of membrane breakage, the production is still possible by stopping the anolyte circulation of the faulty anode only)
Semi-Circular Type
Features:
- Fewer Anodes Required
- Easier Management of Anolyte Flow and Leakage
PEDEC
Film Deposition Control for the Required Position
The PEDEC system stands for Parker Electro DEposition Control, which offers you complete control of film deposition. Our system allows for individual switching of all anodes of the e-coat equipment and enables partial film thickness control of the work by switching anodes according to the type and configuration of the work.
Benefits of Our PEDEC:
- Savings of Resources and Costs
- Ideal Film Distribution
- Adaptation to Diverse Works
- Aim for Improved Quality
